Winning the 2024 RFK Education Award was an incredible honor for me. It signified that the impact my team and I are making extends beyond our school community, recognizing our efforts to transform the lives of future leaders through education. It validated our commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
What's the most fulfilling part of your job?
The most fulfilling part of my job is undoubtedly the direct impact on the lives of my staff and students. Being able to create jobs, provide learning opportunities, and witness the growth and success of individuals within our educational community brings immense joy and satisfaction.
What are your hopes for this upcoming school year?
As we approach the upcoming school year, my hopes are focused on further developing our plans for opening Dominus High School in 2025. I aim to ensure that we create a school environment that not only educates but also inspires and supports students to achieve their fullest potential. This involves strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous innovation in educational practices.
